Today's Organized Living, LLC was founded in November of 2004. It began with myself and has grown to 2 full time and 3 part time employees. We are always looking towards growth and if interested in employment please see our employment opportunities section. We have expanded our list of services to meet the needs of our clients and community and will continue to evaluate those services to ensure that we provide the highest quality available.

Today’s Organized Living, LLC maintains a small business atmosphere where we know our clients well. This helps us to have a greater understanding on how to meet their needs efficiently.

I'm often asked how I got started in this business so I would like to take this opportunity to tell my story.

I live in East Grand Forks with my husband of 18 years, 2 daughters ages 13 and 15, 2 cats, 1 dog, and 4 rabbits.  I spent most of my professional life in health care i.e. EMS and nursing.  Although it was rewarding I knew I needed something else.  I once read that if you find a job you love you will never work another day in your life.  I took a year off to figure out what that was for me.  During my time at home I did what came natural and went through everything we had, purged, and reorganized troubled areas.  My husband would claim that I am a perfectionist; however, I did take 2 tests on the internet and they said I was only borderline.  That means I don't need the medication he claims are available for it ( lol ).  Since he and my youngest are nowhere near borderline, we sometimes clash on how things should be done.  My oldest is a perfectionist, no tests needed, so she supports all my organizing efforts in our home.  I'm sure most of you can relate to the different personality styles.

I have been organizing my friends for free most of my life and just for fun.  While I was tearing through our house one day my husband said, "You should do this for other people".  Friends had been telling me for years that I should start a business.  So I sat down and seriously thought it through, crunched some numbers, talked to people, and Today's Organized Living, LLC was born.  Which leads me to where I am today.

Service Area:

Generally our business stays within the greater Grand Forks area; however, we are willing to travel as far as needed.  I have been to Grafton, Union Lake in Minnesota, and as far as Florida, Wisconsin, and Michigan.  Travel and/or mileage costs begin outside of Grand Forks/East Grand Forks.
