Why hire a housekeeper?

• You would rather spend time with your family than cleaning your bathroom.
• You don’t want to do it yourself.
• You don’t have time between work and family commitments.
• You aren’t able to do it yourself.

Whatever your reason we have friendly, reliable, quality staff to do it for you!

• Have the same things cleaned each time we come.
• Leave us a list of the things you want done and we will work our way down.
• Just leave it to us to clean what needs to be done.
• Mix it up: generally have the same things done each time but occasionally have us do something else like clean out the fridge. Whatever works for you.

Cleaning Supplies:

Our staff does carry a multipurpose cleaner made by LOC which is not only friendly to our staff, but your pets and family, and the environment.  We also use our own vacuums unless you prefer us to use yours.  If you have allergies or scent issues please let us know.  If there are specific products you would like us to use you will need to provide them. 

We may refuse to use products that we feel are hazardous or proper ventilation is not available such as some stainless steel cleaners. We will let you know if this is a concern.

Cancellations:

Since on occasion we may need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning due to employee illness or other unforeseen event we also understand that you may have times that you need to cancel. We do not charge you for cancellations but our staff only get paid for the time they are in your home and like you depend on those hours to meet their financial obligations. Please let us know about cancellations as soon as possible so that they may be rescheduled if extra hours are needed by another client.

If cancellations are frequent we may replace your scheduled time and provide services to you on an as need basis.

Minimum of 2 hours bi-monthly.  Cost: $22/hour

Additional hours by availability.

Just let us know in advance and we will do our best to get it done.
